Voices of Foreign Trade Enterprises in Different Cities
Hindered production and operation, logistics and transportation are the phased problems encountered by foreign trade enterprises during the epidemic. As a result, Msmes are still facing considerable operational pressure.
“Business plans have been disrupted, and the production and operation of enterprises are uncertain.”
A knitting manufacturer from Dongguan said, “Under the impact of the epidemic, the production and operation plans of enterprises are sometimes disrupted, and the transportation of raw materials is not as smooth as before. In addition, once the epidemic prevention measures are taken in the areas where employees and customers are located, the production and operation of enterprises will also be uncertain. Not only that, the repeated global pandemic, coupled with the tensions between Russia and Ukraine, the price of crude oil and the price of chemical products have increased the cost pressure of relevant companies.”

Shenzhen is engaged in the export of electronic parts manufacturers believe that this year’s business challenges than last year. “The repeated outbreak in China has caused factories to be unable to produce normally and some orders have been lost. The rise in raw material prices forces us to raise prices, and overseas buyers not only buy more slowly, but also prefer to buy closer to home. But on the whole, it is under control. I hope the epidemic in China can be brought under control as soon as possible.”
While the epidemic was under control in Shenzhen, Shanghai was caught in the “epidemic war”. Similarly, from Shanghai’s foreign trade enterprises in the export business also suffered varying degrees of twists and turns.

Despite the repeated outbreaks this year, the overall order volume has been decent, but the production and shipment rates have slowed down and are now within acceptable limits.”
